Job Summary
Manager, Enhanced Due Diligence (AML) leads a team of AML Analysts focused on client enhanced due diligence. Develops, administers, and enforces anti-money laundering rules and regulations; plans and oversees staff performance; analyzes metrics and prepares reports on AML Know Your Customer populations; provides training and mentoring; escalates AML risk matters; supports detection and reporting of suspicious activity; ensures compliance with USA PATRIOT Act requirements; maintains current knowledge of AML laws and regulatory guidance; responds to regulatory inquiries; and collaborates with internal partners to implement policy changes and improve investigative processes. Requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Workstyle: Hybrid.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in a related field and a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in compliance in the securities or banking industry with a focus on anti-fraud/anti-money laundering activities
- ACAMS is required or the ability to obtain in one (1) year
