Manager Engineering Services Bunbury

Lead the operations of Bunbury workshops and manage a team of 50+ staff to ensure engineering jobs meet client quality requirements and are delivered on time. Secure optimal work performance through strong leadership, while maintaining close communication with Planning, Quality, and Supervisory personnel. Scope all jobs thoroughly before commencement, assign normal tasks to Production personnel, and personally handle personnel administration or industrial relations issues as needed. Respond promptly to emergency jobs required by clients, provide expert trade advice, and actively seek ideas for continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with other Engineering business units in WA and maintain robust client and stakeholder connections.
