Job Summary
Manager of Manufacturing Engineering leads a team of engineers and technicians to develop, improve, and support manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools; ensures safety, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, capability, and regulatory compliance; applies Lean, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies to reduce waste, improve throughput and yield; defines equipment requirements, oversees installation and validation of new equipment, and maintains manufacturing documentation; collaborates with Production, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and EH&S to meet delivery, quality, and cost targets; requires strong leadership, communication, project management, and regulatory experience (ISO 9001/13485, FDA); Bachelor’s in Engineering with 7+ years experience and supervisory experience; base salary range $122,000–$200,000 with bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
- MS in Engineering or MBA preferred
- 7+ years’ experience in Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
