Manager - Engineering

Drive and manage the OEE process across all eight facilities through cadenced reviews to identify trends, losses, and improvement opportunities. Standardize OEE measurement, definitions, and reporting to ensure meaningful comparison between plants, while sharing successful improvement practices to incorporate proven solutions into future equipment designs. Establish preferred equipment designs and specifications based on reliability, safety, and total cost of ownership, ensuring maintenance spending aligns with organizational standards. Develop and manage major capital projects from concept through closeout, defining scope, budgets, timelines, and expected ROI. Facilitate the effective use of ShopLogix, MaintainX, and KCF technologies to improve predictive maintenance and decision-making. Build productive partnerships with Plant Managers, Maintenance leaders, and functional heads to drive open collaboration and standardize best practices. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 5+ years of leadership experience, and willingness to travel up to 30%.
