Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end delivery of software features from discovery through deployment, tracking dependencies and risks across squads while driving the roadmap with product and technical leads. Provide clear communication on progress and priorities, support data-driven forecasting, and remove impediments to core program milestones. Facilitate workshops, collaborative planning sessions, and cross-functional alignment to ensure teams follow quality and security standards. Coordinate platform-wide initiatives with architects and product leaders, preparing steering committee presentations and managing release readiness activities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience delivering complex software products or platforms
- Proven experience in delivering complex digital transformation programmes using Agile principles
- Strong understanding of modern Engineering practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyse data and use metrics to guide decisions
- Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions, interactive workshops, and team ceremonies to drive alignment and outcomes
