Job Summary
Activate PMI's thought leadership by building and stewarding networks of subject matter experts, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring research insights are adopted and localized across regions and external ecosystems. Lead teams and project-based contributors across geographies while designing and delivering events, programs, and executive-facing engagements. Manage external relationships and contributor networks within complex, matrixed organizations, utilizing strong stakeholder management and influence skills to drive adoption without direct authority. This role requires a strategic thinker with a systems-level view of engagement and activation, operating in a global environment with a preference for fluency in English and other languages. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in engagement, partnerships, enablement, stakeholder management, or thought leadership-related roles
- Demonstrated experience managing external relationships, partnerships, or contributor networks
- Experience designing and delivering events, programs, or executive-facing engagements
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations or global environments
- Experience leading teams or project-based contributors across geographies
- Fluent in English
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a systems-level view of engagement and activation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence without authority across functions and regions
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong organizational and portfolio management skills
- Confident facilitator and presenter with executive presence
- Collaborative, diplomatic, and externally oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree (communications, business, public policy, international relations, or related field)
- Familiarity with project management, sustainability, AI, or professional services domains
