Job Summary
Manager, Energy Program Management leads design and delivery of electrical overlays across Games venues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to design, schedule, and deliver energy components for Olympic/Paralympic venues. Responsible for managing design and delivery plans, budgets, procurement, AHJ design review, and cross-functional collaboration with Venue Infrastructure, Technology, and Broadcast teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and readiness of energy-related systems. Requires extensive experience in construction or energy project management, proficiency with Smartsheet and BI tools, and a collaborative, proactive approach to risk management and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management, Construction Management or closely related preferred
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in construction or energy project management, or related
- Experience in managing complex electrical projects in planning, design, and implementation phases
- Strong experience with Smartsheet, and Power BI / Tableau or other project management tools
- Experience working with senior management across multiple functional areas
- A collaborative mindset and ability to influence cross-functionally
- Ability to implement and manage change effectively and mitigate risk
- Excellent communication, team-building, and interpersonal skills
- Travel, as needed, to external stakeholder offices, government agencies, and Games venues and facilities
- Full-time position located in the LA28 office in Los Angeles, California
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management, Construction Management or closely related preferred
