Conduct due diligence on acquisitions and divestitures, including historical and future performance analysis to identify valuation risks. Execute post-acquisition follow-ups to validate final purchase prices and manage vendor assistance for sellers, preparing financial information and facilitating negotiations. Manage execution of these missions under supervision while mentoring junior collaborators. Prepare and review financial analyses explaining target performance factors and draft due diligence reports in English. Identify key transaction points affecting pricing and present them to clients.
