Manager Employee Relations, Ford Energy

Manage the Employee Relations team and ensure timely, fair resolution of conflicts, disputes, and disciplinary matters. Supervise accurate documentation maintenance, implement communication strategies, and investigate escalated complaints. Administer labor agreements, analyze trends, and provide guidance on policies and compliance to maintain an ethical work environment. Exercise full management authority over staffing, performance, discipline, pay decisions, and team development. Partner closely with HR leadership and collaborate across functions.
