Job Summary
Develop and evaluate a comprehensive employee engagement program to increase retention and foster inclusion, including initiatives like the AEG Service Awards. Partner with internal communications and executive teams to support AEG Backstage collateral and establish two-way communication channels. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to staff while analyzing survey data from the Global MyVoice Engagement Survey to drive decision-making. Lead the planning and execution of the bi-annual AEG Connect Summit and All Staff Meetings. Work with DEI, HR, and Corporate Communications to understand the employee voice and create programming that supports satisfaction and performance.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree (4-year)
- 5+ years related work experience
- Ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, fostering strong relationships and promoting a positive company image
- Demonstrated experience in change management and/or project management, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives
- Proficiency in managing corporate intranets and other communications technologies
- Excellent public speaking and event planning expertise to deliver impactful communications
- Strong organization and time management skills, self-motivated with the ability to achieve results with minimal supervision
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative manner for diverse internal and external audience
- Demonstrated business acumen to align communications with organizational objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ability to quickly learn all required business systems
- Deep knowledge in survey data analysis, providing valuable insights to drive decision-making
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment, demonstrating flexibility and delivering quality work
- Skilled at building relationships across all levels of the organization, including company officers and senior executives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading, mentoring, and/or coaching teams in preferred
- Experience in a large highly matrixed organization is preferred
