Job Summary
Conduct clinical oversight and support for assigned areas including quality improvement, monitoring, and staff competency. Manage department staffing needs daily, supervise staff orientation, and edit payroll. Provide clinical staff education, perform customer service rounds, and monitor adverse events via Datix. Assist the Director of Emergency Services with planning and implementation of patient care services.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, from an accredited educational institute, or in process and completed within 3 years of hire into position
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years experience in emergency, trauma, or critical care nursing
- 2 years experience in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or Business
- ACLS, PALS (must be AHA accredited)
- TNCC Instructor status, or ability to achieve
