Job Summary
Manager, Nursing Services oversees nursing staff and daily operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient-centered care. Leads staff development, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance; coordinates clinical and administrative functions; conducts staff training, performance evaluations, and budgeting; ensures accurate documentation and a safe patient environment. Requires RN licensure with BCLS; ACLS preferred. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or 4+ years of direct experience in lieu) and leadership experience are expected. Sign-on bonus and relocation available; strong leadership, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and ability to manage resources and maintain regulatory standards are essential.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
