Job Summary
Technology Manager, CRM (EMEA) responsible for end-to-end management, deployment, and support enabling sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making across global CRM platforms. Leads product ownership for CRM platforms, translates business needs into product requirements and prioritized backlogs, collaborates with Sales/Marketing/Customer Service/Analytics to improve engagement, pipeline management, and field productivity, and drives AI, analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms while ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements. Manages cross-functional delivery teams using agile or hybrid delivery practices, aligns CRM solutions to global standards, monitors adoption and outcomes, and oversees vendor and system integrator relationships. Requires Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) with 6–8 years of IT product/technical delivery experience, experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent), and strong leadership in a matrixed environment. Travel up to 15%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (required)
- 6–8 years of IT product management, technology product ownership, or commercial technology delivery experience
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of commercial business processes, including sales operations and customer lifecycle management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams using agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills in a matrixed environment
- Travel: Up to 15% (domestic)
