Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing and facilitating email marketing and SMS campaigns aimed at driving revenue and increasing customer reactivation and retention. Key responsibilities include driving email and SMS strategies, managing customer journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, writing creative briefs, executing customer activation plans, managing relationships with creative teams and technology providers, and ensuring high-quality email deployment. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, 6+ years of online consumer retail marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with email marketing best practices. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required
- 6+ years online consumer retail marketing experience with at least 3 years of online/internet retail consumer marketing email experience
- Hands on experience with robust email marketing platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required
- Experience running and optimizing large scale email marketing programs including customer journeys and triggered emails is required
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and reporting skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of email best practices including deliverability, personalization, subject lines, and reporting
- Outstanding creative and strategic thinking abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in deadline driven atmosphere
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with web analytics platform such as Google Analytics
- Prior experience with SMS/MMS
