Manager, Electromechanical Production

Job Summary

Lead all electromechanical manufacturing and assembly operations to ensure products are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer schedules and operational capacity while monitoring performance using key performance indicators. Balance priorities across multiple programs, lead daily meetings, and coach the team to establish clear expectations and performance reviews. Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management to develop realistic schedules, identify capacity constraints, and implement mitigation strategies. Partner with the Quality team to investigate non-conformances and drive root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working in a supervisory, coaching or management role with complex mechanical assemblies, electrical assemblies, fabrication and similar manufacturing technologies
  • Strong technical knowledge of electromechanical components, systems, and assembly techniques
  • Strong understanding of production planning, purchasing, and supply chain operations
  • Experience managing operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of quality systems, compliance, and manufacturing best practices
  • Extensive experience working with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing KPIs
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary production teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
