Job Summary
Lead a global team in designing, developing, and integrating vehicle wiring harness systems and electronic hardware components for combine harvesters. Define electrical engineering roadmaps, manage system architecture, and drive platform harmonization while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to program milestones. Coordinate work across India, the US, Brazil, and Italy, serving as the primary technical interface for internal and external stakeholders to drive governance and risk mitigation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. This role supports AGCO's mission to feed the world and slow climate change through innovative agricultural technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven ability to lead electrical design / wiring harnesses implementations
- Lead and develop a global electrical engineering team, ensuring effective resource planning and collaboration
- Proven track record in leading technical teams
- Deep understanding of electronics
- Experience leading cross-functional and global engineering initiatives
- This role follows AGCO's on-site work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO location a minimum of 4 days per week
