Job Summary

Manage an engineering group responsible for lab and office safety, staffing, technical mentoring, and budget development. Technically lead engineering projects and guide research and development programs, ensuring new processes and designs are integrated into products. Interface with internal and external customers to address high-value electrical problems, ensuring on-time product releases and prompt resolution of critical issues. Define product strategy and roadmaps, while providing management updates on program progress and cross-functional resource integration. Adhere to global standards of business conduct and compliance at all times.
