Job Summary
Build and develop the Procurement Transformation area at Kloepfel by designing and implementing procurement strategies, processes, and digital transformation initiatives for clients. Lead projects independently while developing innovative solutions and managing teams. Collaborate closely with customers to understand individual needs and co-create tailored solutions, while driving cross-site cooperation within the Kloepfel/EPSA group. Actively acquire existing and new customers to expand the client network. Requires five years of experience in strategy or process consulting, strong analytical skills, and leadership capabilities. Full-time position in Düsseldorf with a competitive compensation package including variable pay, pension, and modern IT equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Strategie- oder Prozessberatung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Fundiertes Fachwissen im Einkaufsbereich und Erfahrung in der Einkaufstransformation
- Hervorragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Starke Argumentationsfähigkeit mittels natürlicher Autorität
- Führungskompetenz in Verbindung mit sozialen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
- Prozessverständnis und Optimierungswille im Einklang mit teamorientierter Umsetzung
