Job Summary
Manager, EHS Programs & Projects to lead design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide Environment, Health and Safety programs. Supports a risk-based approach to safety and sustainability by strengthening program architecture, documentation, audit protocols, technology enablement, and scalable project execution. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining EHS programs, establishing governance for ownership and documentation, developing role-based training and competency frameworks, advancing EHS technology and digital workflows, maintaining high-risk work programs aligned with SIF/HOP/STCKY concepts, coordinating audits and corrective action tracking, and supporting project safety, contractor management, and lessons learned. The candidate should have post-secondary education in OHS or related discipline, 7–10 years of relevant experience across industrial/field environments, strong knowledge of EHS management systems and regulatory compliance, ability to translate requirements into practical tools and guidance, and strong project management, analytics, communication, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement skills.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in occupational health and safety or a related discipline
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in EHS program management, safety management systems, training development, project execution, or operational safety leadership
