Manager EHS, International

Lead and oversee NBCUniversal’s Environmental Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS) across the Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) region; develop, implement, and continually improve health and safety documentation and strategies; drive EHS improvements with business leaders; conduct/participate in emergency evacuation drills; pre-qualify contractors and review risk assessments; perform risk assessments for events/tasks; lead major incident investigations and root cause analysis; manage training matrices (first aid, fire wardens, inductions) and host safety meetings; support Security, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity programs; liaise with regulators; maintain Gensuite metrics; oversee safety for special events; engage with International EHS Director via weekly summaries; process liaison with external agencies as directed; ensure compliance with NBCUniversal standards and local laws; NEBOSH International Diploma and IOSH membership are part of professional qualifications.
