Manager, EH&S Training

EH&S Training Manager to collaborate with EH&S SMEs and Learning & Development to develop, roll out, and manage EH&S training initiatives. Works with the section manager and director to develop, implement, and evaluate learning strategies that enhance employee skills and align with organizational goals. Manages training staff, assigns tasks, and evaluates performance to effectively manage training programs. Utilizes Learning Management Systems (LMS) and coordinates with department heads to bridge skill gaps and provide a motivated, well-trained workforce to meet the needs of customers and various stakeholders.
