Job Summary

Manager, EEMEA Customer Success Enablement, Services leads the development of tools, processes, and playbooks to enable regional Customer Success teams. Works with Product, Gainsight, and Marketing to establish go-to-market readiness across CS, including documenting personas and use cases, creating value proposition materials, demos, FAQs, and training. Prepares datasets per customer, engagement models, and templates to support alignment across cross-functional partners, tracks adoption and value realization, and facilitates the launch and steady-state/BAU of CS initiatives. Focuses on designing scalable enablement practices, dashboards, and metrics to measure CS performance, and ensures feedback from customers informs the product roadmap and enablement strategy. All activities revolve around delivering customer-centric experiences and measurable outcomes for Mastercard Services in the EEMEA region.
