Job Summary
Collect, organize, and analyze data from training sessions, chatbot interactions, digital products, and learner assessments to develop dashboards monitoring engagement and program indicators. Generate insights and trends that inform curriculum updates, product iterations, and facilitator capacity-building while partnering with LxD leads to review content builds focused on learner outcomes. Conduct learning effectiveness studies using qualitative and quantitative methods, facilitate reflection sessions with data stories, and support the design, testing, and refinement of learning measurement tools such as rubrics and feedback surveys. Coordinate backend support for the WhatsApp-based chatbot, act as a bridge between program teams and the Quest Experience Lab for product operations, and maintain comprehensive documentation of learning tools and platform interactions to inform continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or equivalent platforms
- Proficiency in working with both qualitative and quantitative data
- Understanding of learning sciences, curriculum design, or human-centered design principles
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—able to translate data into insights and action
- Reflective, curious, and collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams
- Comfort with operating at the intersection of program design, product development, and facilitation
