Job Summary
Develop and execute a multi-year strategy and roadmap for the partner ecosystem across the Digital Commerce Platform, defining partner categories and building frameworks for when to partner, build, or buy. Own the operating system for the partnerships org by driving cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Ops to ensure deals are structured for long-term value. Source, negotiate, and close partnership agreements while structuring commercial terms such as revenue share, licensing, MDF, and exclusivity to support scaling relationships. Bring structure to the business by developing deal templates, guardrails for revenue share bands and data-sharing rules, and internal review committees to ensure alignment prior to signing. Leverage AI-powered insights and data-driven signals to shape strategy, inform decision-making, and improve prioritization across complex, enterprise-level engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, management consulting, platform strategy, S&O, or similar roles
- Restaurant tech experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience leveraging data, AI-informed insights, and emerging AI tools to drive strategic decisions, enhance productivity, and improve outcomes in complex business environments
- Strong ability to interpret AI-generated insights, synthesize them into clear, actionable recommendations and executive-level narratives, and influence stakeholders
- Baseline fluency in AI concepts
- Willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies as AI capabilities become increasingly embedded in workflows, products, and customer interactions
