Job Summary
The Manager, eCommerce Operations leads the creation and management of eCommerce flows for prominent financial publications. Responsibilities include launching new products, developing maintenance requests and business requirement documents (BRDs), creating and managing offers, and executing eCommerce flows that enhance checkout experiences. The role requires partnership with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure effective testing and implementation of pricing plans. Candidates should have a strong project management background and operational excellence with extensive eCommerce experience.
Required Qualifications
- Operational rigor and set standards for operational excellence
- Experience leading, mentoring, and influencing team members
- 7+ years experience in eCommerce
- HTML skills required
- Ability to understand APIs and databases
Desired Qualifications
- Strong Leadership skills and experience with people management
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Detailed understanding of end-to-end eCommerce processes
- Experience optimizing AWS environments for performance, security and cost efficiency
- Proficiency with Google suite applications
- Knowledge of the media and publishing industry
- Knowledge of the subscription business
