Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise team members, shift leaders, bakers, and support staff; foster a positive work environment through coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution. Implement operational strategies to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize profitability by monitoring food and labor costs. Review guest feedback results to drive service improvements and execute new product roll-outs with training and marketing. Ensure restaurant budgets are met and maintain brand standards through self-assessments and vendor order completion. Engage with the local community and partner with field operations teams to explore growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience
- Must submit to a background check
- Previous managerial experience strongly preferred
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English or the predominant language in your market
- Basic math and financial management
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
