Job Summary
Manage collections for the assigned area in Retail Finance for Two Wheeler Loans; achieve collection targets, control NPAs, increase fee income, and supervise field executives to ensure timely collections, adherence to SARFESI/Section 9 through court receivers, and compliance with audit/regulatory standards. Build relationships with key clients, ensure quick resolution of customer issues within defined TAT, allocate work to field teams, monitor delinquency by bucket/DPD, and represent the organization with legal bodies as required by the legal team; ensure adequate feet on street and daily updates from collection executives with detailed account-level reviews for high-ticket accounts. Requires Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
