Conduct asset verifications and possession through court receivers under SARFESI or Section 9 processes, representing the organization in legal and statutory bodies as required. Allocate work to field executives to ensure agencies meet defined SLAs for payments and audit receipts, maintaining adequate street presence and obtaining daily updates on delinquent portfolios. Ensure compliance with all audit, regulatory, and internal policies while resolving customer issues within specified turnaround times.
