Job Summary
Manager - DSMG - Legal & Remedial responsibilities include drafting and vetting of legal documents for financing of Real Estate Projects both for origination and acquisition of loans from other lenders and all other transactions incidental to it. Provide legal advice and support to business teams to finalise lending transactions, study and apprise stakeholders on Real Estate and Construction Funding laws, impart legal training to front and back end teams, perform legal checks on live/disbursed cases, and liaise with law firms for origination and documentation required for transactions. Requires strong drafting skills, familiarity with banking/financial/corporate laws (RBI guidelines, Companies Act, Contract Act, Arbitration Act, RERA), knowledge of Transfer of Property Act, and excellent communication. Minimum 10–12 years of experience; Education: Graduation/Postgraduate/LLB.
Required Qualifications
- Good legal drafting skills
- Well versed in banking, financial and corporate laws like RBI Guidelines with respect to the organisation’s business, Companies Act, Contract Act, Arbitration Act, RERA, etc.
- Well versed in Transfer of Property Act and other allied property laws.
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Desirable Experience: Minimum 10 to 12 years in the field
- Education: Graduation/ Post Graduate/ LLB
