Job Summary
Draft and vet legal documents for real estate project financing, including origination, acquisition, and ancillary transactions. Provide legal advice and support to business teams to finalize lending deals, while researching policies, laws, and judgments impacting construction funding documentation. Impart legal training to front and back-end teams, handle queries, and conduct periodic checks on live and disbursed cases to identify and remedy shortcomings. Liaise with law firms regarding legal structures and required documentation for transactions. This role requires a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience and strong knowledge of banking, financial, and corporate laws including RBI Guidelines, Companies Act, RERA, and Transfer of Property Act.
Required Qualifications
- Good legal drafting skills
- Well versed in banking, financial and corporate laws like RBI Guidelines with respect to the organisation's business, Companies Act, Contract Act, Arbitration Act, RERA, etc
- Well versed in Transfer of Property Act and other allied property laws
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Minimum 10 to 12 years in the field
- Graduation/ Post Graduate/ LLB
