Manage collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates. Oversee NPA budgets and minimize them; increase fee income and control vendor payouts. Conduct asset verifications and possession under SARFESI/Section 9 through court receivers. Track delinquency (Bucket/DPD) and focus on nonstarters; ensure quick customer issue resolution within defined TAT and build key client relationships to ensure timely collections. Represent the organization with legal/statutory bodies and ensure adherence to legal guidelines; allocate work to field executives and ensure agencies perform per SLA; maintain Feet on Street presence area-wise and obtain daily updates on delinquent portfolios for detailed account reviews; ensure compliance to audit/regulatory policies and procedures.
