Job Summary
Donor Services & Stewardship Manager oversees VIP donor ticketing, seating, and parking, major gifts stewardship, donor recognition and storytelling, and collaboration with Ticket Services, Gift Officers, and Marketing to ensure donor experiences and acknowledgements are timely and personalized. The role manages subscription renewals, house-seat allocations, special-event access, donor communications, and donor spotlights, while supporting concert operations and advancement goals; responsibilities include coordinating donor dinners/receptions, managing parking operations for the Jacobs Music Center and The Rady Shell, and producing donor-focused content and programs. Strong relationship-building, high-touch service, problem-solving, and proficiency with Office tools and Tessitura are essential in this not-for-profit arts environment; flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
