Job Summary
The Manager of Donor Experience (MDE) leads regional donor engagement across events, communications, and programmatic opportunities, partnering with the Executive Director to align activities with regional fundraising priorities. Responsible for planning and executing all regional events, tailoring experiences to donor segments, and delivering compelling content that connects donors to Bottom Line’s impact. Oversees donor relationships in Salesforce, supports grant writing and reporting, ensures data quality and pipeline visibility, and collaborates with internal and external partners to coordinate messaging, campaigns, and donor stewardship. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience; strong storytelling, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills are essential; travel up to 20% is expected.
