Job Summary
Manager Divisional FP&A International role based in Utrecht, NL, responsible for leading the EMEA Divisional product FP&A function, managing monthly financial results and KPI analysis, partnering with divisional leaders and offshore/onshore teams, and guiding budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews across Europe and MEA. Key activities include ROI analysis, scenario modeling, month-end close support, reporting improvements, and driving consistency in global finance practices with emphasis on offshore team support. The position requires strong financial modeling, ERP/BI skills, stakeholder management, and travel within Europe. Hybrid work arrangement available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, reporting, or analysis
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience leading or developing teams
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Power BI, Oracle, SQL, SAP, QAD are a plus)
- Will ingness to travel within Europe
