Job Summary
Manage daily operations across clinical and administrative functions, prioritizing patient care and provider needs. Partner with the Division Head to drive division-wide goals, process improvements, and workflow optimization initiatives. Lead scheduling management for physicians and APPs, including Epic schedule creation, template optimization, and urgent appointment access. Guide administrative team members while fostering a culture of inclusivity and continuous learning. Oversee division and institute-level projects, including provider onboarding and the implementation of new procedures and protocols. Serve as a key liaison with scheduling analysts, ambulatory practices, ABS, outpatient procedure locations, PAC, IT, facilities, medical staff, revenue cycle teams, and external partners. Restructure workflows to implement forward-thinking solutions that enhance opportunities for both patients and providers. Monday through Friday preferred with approximately 15% travel between practice sites.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Monday - Friday preferred
- Strong knowledge of Epic systems, particularly Cadence and Optime
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and provider support
- Proven success in process improvement, team leadership, and project execution
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between practice sites as needed (approx. 15%)
