Job Summary
Oversee the district live goods merchandising service program, including staffing stores to budgeted levels; recruit, hire, and develop garden center merchandising teams; provide leadership and clear direction to district staff; ensure safety and customer-friendly operations; drive product sales and maintain strong relationships with store teams and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior management, supervisory, or related leadership experience
- Ability to plan and coordinate multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrates leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn company software and business applications
- Willingness to learn and embrace new technology

- Flexible availability including weekends and key holidays
- Must reside within designated district
- Background check required
- Fluency to read, write, and understand English
