Job Summary
Manage the sales team to ensure revenue objectives are met by establishing best practices, training staff, and recruiting new target customers. Make sales presentations on all product lines, develop marketing and sales plans, and monitor results while reducing returns through improved customer relationships. Assist with product literature, handle customer service and product issues, and oversee hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews for staff. This role supports locations in Austin, Northville, Wallisville, and Hiram Clarke, requiring 5+ years of sales and management experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales and management experience
- Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs
- Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc
- Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives
- Frequently communicates complex information across departments and interacts with management
- Can present, resolve and address delicate situations
