Job Summary
Manager, Distributor Partnerships responsible for leading the development and execution of distribution and strategic account strategies across Canada to drive revenue growth and long-term customer partnerships within Advanced Wound Management (AWM). Responsibilities include optimizing distribution models (direct, master, sub-distributors), building and managing relationships with key accounts (health authorities, GPOs, SSOs, strategic customers), partnering with Sales/Marketing/Business Unit leaders to design customer-focused programs, expanding business with private clinics and wound care settings, leading strategic account planning (value-based solutions, pricing, contracts, RFP support), identifying new opportunities and industry partnerships, aligning stakeholders for national/regional initiatives, and providing performance insights for planning and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business management, or sales leadership (medical device experience preferred)
- Strong experience with complex negotiations, contracting, and value-based selling
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, procurement processes, and market dynamics
- Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to assess profitability and drive results
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- University degree required; MBA considered an asset
- Ability to travel up to 40%; bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset
