Job Summary
Manager, Distribution (2nd Shift) at Caterpillar leads and motivates distribution center teams (up to 20 hourly personnel) to achieve safety, quality, and service standards. Responsible for coaching and training, enforcing proper procedures, overseeing receiving/processing/storage/maintenance of inventory, and handling payroll/attendance-related tasks to improve productivity and reduce costs. Requires strong leadership, problem solving, and project-management skills; bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; 2:00 PM–10:30 PM PT schedule in Spokane, WA with up to 10% travel; comprehensive benefits and compensation package.
