Job Summary
Define the membership program growth strategy and execute member solicitation and stewardship initiatives, including benefit administration, material creation, and NIL policy education. Solicit, plan, and manage local event setup and execution while maintaining relationships with student-athletes, coaches, and vendors to ensure operational excellence. Assist in defining revenue programs and running campaigns for sweepstakes, auctions, and exclusive tours to drive participation and retention. Provide strategic summaries and performance recaps for leadership, collaborating with athletics and community stakeholders to optimize future growth. Work nights, weekends, and during sporting events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university
- At least two (2) to three (3) years of experience in sports, consumer marketing, fundraising/development, or B2B sales within media/agency/radio/TV sales, or talent representation
- At least one (1) to two (2) years of experience organizing and running events
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite(s)
- Role is located in or near NC State campus in Raleigh, NC
- Ability to work nights/weekends/sporting events and travel (<10%) as needed
