Job Summary
Lead development of client relationships and revenue growth as a Business Development Manager/Director in IT staffing. Generate new job orders, manage from intake to fulfillment, and collaborate with recruiters to fulfill open positions. Build and maintain a target list of clients, conduct prospecting through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings, and log activity in Bullhorn. Cross-sell across lines of business and national practices, aligning with stakeholders to deliver timely projects. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5+ years of technology sales or staffing experience; strong relationship-building, communication, and planning skills are essential.
