Job Summary
Managing Director/Director-level role overseeing the origination, analysis, structuring, and closing of profitable commercial loans within the Aerospace and Defense portfolio. Responsible for originating loan transactions, maintaining credit worthiness, coordinating due diligence, and ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements. Drives business development and cross-sells bank products; leads collaboration with attorneys, appraisers, title companies, and government agencies. Targets include minimum sales of $60MM and portfolio commitments of around $40MM; involves moderately complex deal structures and interaction with senior Relationship Managers.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or equivalent
- 5 or more years work experience
- 3 or more years of commercial lending experience
- 5 or more years lending to Aerospace and/or Defense companies
