Job Summary
Timberland Taiwan is seeking a Senior Wholesale Manager to lead the wholesale channel and manage key partner relationships to hit sales targets and optimize procurement, pricing, and go-to-market activities. Responsibilities include developing Taiwan-specific wholesale strategic plans, conducting data-driven health checks of sales performance and inventory, overseeing pricing integrity for multi-brand and mono-brand partner stores, co-developing budgets with partners, leading partner business reviews, collaborating with Marketing to design tailored support, ensuring brand consistency across wholesale touchpoints, coordinating with Product, Sales, and Operations for market-specific strategies, and ensuring seamless GTM execution with Supply Chain and Logistics. The role requires building strong cross-functional relationships, a deep understanding of Taiwan’s retail landscape, and the ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable results. Minimum 10 years of experience in retail, business development, and operations with management responsibilities, and a Bachelor's degree. Requires fluency in English and Chinese (or other Asian languages). 40 paid hours of service time annually and various employee benefits are noted in the posting.
