Manager – Direct Sourcing (Commodity Operations)

Job Summary
Lead a team of sourcing and procurement analysts supporting Direct Commodity sourcing operations and strategic initiatives. Coordinate RFQ activities, supplier communications, and sourcing events while managing stakeholder escalations and service delivery performance. Review sourcing support requests, track KPI performance, and drive SLA/KPI management and reporting. Support NPI sourcing activities, Should Cost analysis, and governance reviews to identify automation and process improvement opportunities. Collaborate with global teams across Americas, Europe, and APAC to enable scalable CoE support for global sourcing organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Procurement, or related field
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in procurement, sourcing operations, supply chain, or shared services
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience
- Support EU time zone – 11:00 AM IST – 08:00PM IST
- Global coordination
