Manager, Digital Workplace, On Site Services Lead

Job Summary
Lead and oversee ITS Onsite Service (OSS) across a multi-country SEA geography, driving planning, direction, operational excellence, and support for IT infrastructure, end-user computing, networks, hosting, telephony, and video conferencing. Act as single point of contact for OSS-related items in country, drive regional/global initiatives locally, coordinate with service desks and vendors, and ensure high-quality IT support aligned with ITIL practices. Manage OSS budget (~$2.3M), stakeholder relationships, service levels, KPIs/SLAs, and governance/compliance. Guide continuous improvement, lead acquisitions/divestitures from an OSS perspective, and ensure delivery of infrastructure services with strong customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets and uptime. Require a bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of ITS experience, vendor management and SAP/procurement knowledge, and excellent communication in English; travel flexible. The role emphasizes multi-country leadership, budgeting, vendor collaboration, and service-management maturity in a global consumer goods environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Computer Science/Business or equivalent
- Minimum 8-10 years ITS experience
- Good understanding of Vendor Management to support governance processes
- Self-starter who can operate independently/remotely
- Strong analytical capability and basic financial discipline
- Good knowledge of SAP and general Financial and Procurement processes
- Good understanding of IT Services and ability to manage vendors to get results, including Outsourcing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English fluency a must
