Job Summary
Lead digital transformation initiatives for major Financial Services organizations by translating AI and process innovation into scalable business impact. Drive end-to-end project delivery across banking, insurance, and asset management sectors, leveraging Lean Six Sigma, process mining, and low-code technologies to optimize operations and compliance. Act as a strategic advisor to board-level stakeholders, identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client portfolio while mentoring a high-performance team of consultants. Collaborate on designing digital roadmaps and implementing new use cases within the DPE team, fostering a culture of continuous professional development and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde WO-masteropleiding, bij voorkeur op het snijvlak van Bedrijfskunde/Economie en Technologie
- Minimaal 7 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen consultancy met ruime ervaring in digitale transformaties, projectmanagement en implementatietrajecten
- Expertise op het gebied van technologische en operationele procesverbetering
- Ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van professionals op verschillende senioriteitsniveaus
- Ervaring binnen of met de Financial Services-sector is een sterke pré, bij voorkeur opgedaan in Banking, Insurance, Asset Management & Pensions en/of Private Equity
