Job Summary
Manage TriVista engagements day to day through scope creation, timeline monitoring, and budget tracking while driving projects to completion for Private Equity clients and corporations. Lead teams of consultants and associates on assessment and execution engagements covering pre-sale due diligence, financial performance improvement, and operational optimization across supply chain, manufacturing, and IT. Execute project activities, perform technical QA, and translate technical findings into business recommendations focused on enterprise applications, ERP platforms, cybersecurity, and digital transformations. Collaborate with client executive teams and internal practices to support post-merger integration initiatives and firm development efforts. Requires 75% travel domestically and internationally.
Required Qualifications
- 75% travel domestically and internationally
- Extensive experience working in a project manager capacity
- Experience in an operations role as an industry practitioner
- Experience as a consultant in a large global or boutique consulting firm
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to undertake up to 75% travel domestically and internationally
- Knowledge in industry and technology trends
- Knowledge of enterprise applications
- Knowledge of ERP platforms
- Knowledge of cybersecurity risks
- Knowledge of digital transformations
- Ability to clearly communicate vision of what state of the art looks like across technology systems, processes, and operating models
- Ability to conduct independent research to support fact-based analysis and informed experienced-based qualitative assessment
- Ability to lead client assessments and transformation technology initiatives focused on enterprise applications, ERP platforms, systems architecture, cybersecurity, technology risk, and IT organizational effectiveness
- Ability to support post-merger integration initiatives, particularly as they relate to enterprise systems, ERP, cybersecurity, and technology integration
- Ability to translate technical findings into practical business recommendations that improve performance, reduce risk, and support enterprise value creation
- Ability to manage daily client relationships and interaction
- Ability to respond quickly to emails, remediating risks & issues, and presenting check-ins & final deliverables
- Ability to assist firm business development through the creation of work-plans, pricing estimates, and risk assessments
- Ability to mentor and lead teams of consultants and associates through project engagements
- Ability to provide frequent and authentic feedback to direct and indirect reports
- Ability to assist to identify training needs and train staff
- Ability to act as a conscientious member of the organization
