Job Summary
Manager, Digital Retention at Oxford University Press focuses on strengthening customer retention and long-term engagement for schools using blended learning solutions. Responsibilities include supporting academic implementation of blended learning products, coordinating trainings and classroom observations, addressing school queries, collaborating with state/regional teams to expand market footprint, conducting product demonstrations to support acquisition, coaching sales teams, and maintaining documentation and reporting of interventions. Travel 15–20 days per month and engagement activities (online and offline) to enhance school satisfaction and retention. Desirable teaching or teacher-training experience; strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills; alignment with values such as ownership and a proactive mindset.
