Job Summary
Manage and strengthen customer retention for schools by leading academic implementation of blended learning products through online and offline engagements. Drive trainings, classroom observations, and engagement activities; conduct product demonstrations to support school acquisition; coach state and regional sales teams; maintain documentation and reporting of school-facing interventions; collaborate with state/regional teams to expand market footprint and improve school satisfaction and retention. Role involves cross-functional collaboration with schools, sales teams, and product stakeholders to ensure sustained value from OUP’s blended learning solutions and build lasting partnerships with schools.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the EdTech industry
- Ability and flexibility to travel extensively (15–20 days per month)
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
