Job Summary
Manage digital retention strategy for Oxford University Press's Education business. Support schools in the academic implementation of blended learning products through a mix of online and offline engagement, ensure timely execution of planned academic interventions (trainings and classroom observations), address school queries through appropriate internal channels, collaborate with state and regional teams to expand presence, conduct product demonstrations to support acquisition, coach and support sales teams to strengthen effectiveness, maintain timely documentation and reporting of school-facing interventions, and drive structured engagement activities to enhance school satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the EdTech industry
- Ability to travel extensively (15–20 days per month)
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Desirable: Teaching or teacher training experience
